Chef’s Corner

We strive to serve humanely raised, antibiotic and growth hormone free foods with the cooperation of local farms.

We offer weekly additions to the menu items along with our regular menu and feature a fully stocked bar with highlighted specialty drinks, microbrews from our own Red Lion Brewery, and wines of the month.

Our facility is not equipped for complete protection for those with Celiac Disease. Consuming raw or under cooked poultry, seafood, meat, and eggs could result in illness. For entrees served with linguini, gluten-free pasta is available upon request.

20% gratuity will be added to parties of 6 or more.
20% gratuity will also be added at tables requesting separate checks.


Lobster Bisque Soup

House made with fresh lobster, brandy and sherry and finished with heavy cream. Cup $9 Bowl $12

French Onion Soup

Onions simmered in a broth of Red Lion Brewery’s own seasonal ale and dry sherry, topped with a mix of Swiss and provolone cheeses. $9

Clam Chowder (bowl serving size made to order)

Half dozen clams with mire poix, bacon, potato and a light cream broth and white wine. $15

Five lollipop lamb chops, marinated with McCoole’s garden herbs. $16

Wings tossed in Asian sauce and topped with toasted sesame seeds and scallions. $12

Dunkel Clams

A dozen fresh middle neck clams simmered in Red Lion Brewery Dunkel beer with, onions, carrots chick peas and bacon. Served with French bread. $15
